Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Medical Information:
- Provide detailed and accurate information about PADRA Clinic's medical services, particularly focusing on hair transplants and other cosmetic procedures.
- Answer patient inquiries regarding pre- and post-procedure care, treatment options, and general medical concerns.
2. Sales and Customer Service:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing patients, promoting PADRA Clinic's services. - Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate services and treatments. - Convert inquiries into consultations by effectively communicating the benefits of PADRA Clinic's services and scheduling appointments.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information or support.
3. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and transactions in the clinic's CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve medical knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least a year of experience in a medical call center or similar role, with a proven track record in sales. Preferably with a nursing experience.
