Job Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of tertiary education
· Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
· Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experience
· Active listening skills with keen attention to detail
· Adaptable and flexible to changes
· Must be comfortable working onsite and in a night shift schedule
· 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
