Job Description
Location: Makati Office
Salary Range: ₱16,000.00 - ₱18,000.00/month (based on qualifications and experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotational/shifting schedule)
Status: URGENT HIRING
Job Responsibilities
Address general inquiries and assist with out-patient availments through the 24/7 hotline.
Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges for EastWest Healthcare members.
Collect and secure medical documents related to hotline transactions.
Verify billing and payments accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year Bachelor of Science course.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Experience in HMO, hospital, or clinic work is an added advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on rotational shifts.
Owning a personal computer or desktop equipment is a bonus.
