Job Description

Assigned to manage each area and maintain productivity level. They facilitate staff coordination, work shifting balancing and workload between different agents, and also perform coaching to the technical support agents and ensure that the protocols are followed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years Inbound call Center management experience
- At least 1 year experience in call center metrics
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and support people
- Good decision making skills
