Job Description

(※Internal name of the position is Section Head)

Manage and Lead the Accounting team to perform activities such as but not limited to :

・Prepare, review of financial statement and other reports
・Manage and oversee payroll preparation
・Comply BIR remittances, and PEZA reports including filing
・Prepare and record Journal entries for the accounting system
・Ensure to review and sign the check voucher before proceeding to payment
・Review all PO and other purchasing documents, including determining Cost analysis
・Prepare Financial Statement Analysis and ensure accurate reporting
・Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
・Oversee the Property, Plant, and Equipment
・Manage Bank reconciliation and monitor Petty cash replenishment
・Reconciling all discrepancies
・Assist in allocation of work to staff, workflow processes, and improvement staff with their work as need arises

1. More than 6 years related experience
2. Much prefer experience in MEPZA
3. Multitask
4. Able to think for oneself and make suggestions

Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 -17:00

1st interview (Web: Japanese manager) >>> Final Interview (F to F: Japanese manager)
Salary:
31.000,00 ₱ Monthly
