What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Positively and professionally handle and resolve customer account and booking concerns through email/phone/chat to customers

Quickly assess a situation, gather information, and provide a solution that meets the customer’s needs

Investigate issues that arise and determine the appropriate course of action that may include reviewing reservation details, contacting hosts or guests, and working with other teams within the organization

Accurately capture information, update records, and escalate issues when necessary

Who are we looking for?

At least High School graduate

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Positive, self-motivated and energetic

Amenable to work rotating shifts

Can work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
