Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the hotel's branding and goals.
- Manage daily posts on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Create and manage engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and copy) to showcase the hotel.
- Work with marketing and PR teams on campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Respond promptly to social media interactions, reviews, and messages to ensure great guest relations.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across platforms.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in creating visual content, including photography and videography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Monaco’s culture, events, and luxury market is a plus.
