Position/Job Title: PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Headcount: 2

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Work Location(s): Mandaluyong City (Warehouse)

Work Schedule:
5 days a week

Clinic Hours: 8AM-5PM / 7AM-4PM
2 Days Off (Weekends)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Management officer shall be responsible for planning and leading all range of construction projects from Pre-design to turnover. Shall be knowledgeable in project delivery, technically equipped to create on-site decisions, and be able to communicate properly with contractors and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Civil Engineering.
- With at least 2 years of intensive work experience related to construction and project management.
- With Experience in Commercial Construction.

Salary Range (Php): 25k-35k
