Service Engineer

Qualifications:
Preferably Bachelor of Science in Electronics Communications Engineering
Must know how to drive with Driver's License
Ability to Operate Heavy Equipment
Ability to Prioritize and Adjust to changing schedules
Ability to conduct training and diagnose machine issues
Ability to work well with others
Use of various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer's concern
Communicating with clients, engineers and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventive maintenance measures
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
Conduct training to ensure that customers will know the safe and effective equipment use
Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements
Conduct research and attend training or workshops to remain abreast of industry developments
Writing reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on regular basis
