Job Description

Duties:

-Mainly responsible for day-to-dat activities inside the showroom (product sales, customer inquiries online and instore, and showroom cleanliness and arrangement)
-Conduct site visits to client's residence or commercial space, when necessary or as requested by client or Kalikasan Crafts, to determine which products to use for the project in behalf of Kalikasan Crafts.

-After site visits, provide to Kalikasan Crafts a written selection of products (including item number, item description, and quantitiy).

-After site visits, provide to Kalikasan Crafts a written report (including photos) on the findings of the site visit.

-Prepare renders and technical specifications for clients.

-Assist in all technical, design, and installation related requirements of the company.

-Prepare and send product quotations to clients when necessary.

-Follow-up sent quotations to clients when necessary.

-Document and record by means of photography, any residential or commercial projects completed and delivered by Kalikasan Crafts for marketing purposes.

-Provide recommendations related to Interior Design and Space Planning to Kalikasan Crafts for residential or commercial projects when necessary or as requested by Kalikasan Crafts.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

-College graduate with a formal degree on Interior Design or Industrial Design or other related degree.

-With at least 1 year work experience related to sales retail in design field.

-With good mastery of Microsoft Office Applications and programs related to Interior Design and Space Planning.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

-6 work days a week at Schema Showroom SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.

-Opening or closing shift to be assigned and can alternate monthly.

-Opening shift 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break) / Closing shift 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (1 hour break)

-Monthly commission scheme for Sales Designer depending on sales level reached monthly.

-SSS, Philhealth, and other mandated benefits upon regularization or 6 months of probationary employment.

-23k gross monthly salary
-Additional commission depending on monthly sales quota
