Available Positions and Budgets:

Automation Lead: PhP 135,000 (5+ years of experience)
Sr. Associate Automation Tester: PhP 90,000 (3-5 years of experience)
Associate Automation Tester: PhP 40,000 (1-3 years of experience)

Location: Makati City
Set-up: Hybrid (3 Days WFH)
Schedule: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

-- Collaborate with Agile teams to define and test user stories and acceptance criteria.
-- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java and Cucumber Framework.
-- Identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
-- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
-- Utilize tools like Jira for tracking and managing testing activities.
-- Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability.
-- Promote Agile testing best practices, including CI/CD principles.
-- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
-- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new knowledge into the testing process.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

-- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-- Minimum 5 years of software testing experience (1-3 years in test automation).
-- Expertise in Java, Cucumber, and frameworks like Serenity or Karate.
-- Experience in API testing (manual/automated) using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
-- Leadership or mentoring experience.
-- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and version control (e.g., Git, GitLab).
-- Proficiency with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or PractiTest.
-- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
-- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
-- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
