Creatives Officer

1. Conceptualize and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, for real estate properties and projects.
2. Design digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and online advertisements.
3. Develop 3D mockups, property renders, or visual aids for project presentations
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs to ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality.
4. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to craft visuals that resonate with target audiences.
5. Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
6. Stay updated on design trends and real estate marketing practices to develop fresh and innovative creative solutions.
7. Propose new ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and brand presence.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
5. Knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
