Job Description

This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline’s customer service requests for inbound and out bound call in Japanese Language.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be at least College Undergraduate or a Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree with 6 months - 1 year experience in the BPO set up whose supporting Inbound and Outbound calls and emails
High level or near to native in both Written & Verbal in Japanese Language.
Preferably with JLPT Certification and near native proficiency in Japanese Language (verbal and written)
Preferably with BPO or Sales experience.
Effective English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and amenable to work on shifting schedule.
