Job Description

Organize office and assist associates / employees in ways that optimize procedures
Knowledgeable in EXCEL, WORD and ADOBE
Knowledgeable on processing SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG and BIR
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to request or issues
Coordinate with other department to ensure compliance with established policies
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Insures to give all supplies request needed by employees
That will be responsible in enrolling Payroll
Schedule, Time In and Out, Leave, Absences, Tardiness, Overtime and Offsetting
Responsible in sending Accurate and on Time Report of Attendance to the Personnel in charge for Payroll.
Assist and Coordinate with Expat employee in terms of Receiving up to processing of payment for their Billings such as Electricity, Water, Internet Bill and Staff house accommodation Payment. Responsible in maintaining Monthly Payment Record.
Will assist Purchasing and act as purchaser if needed. Make sure all items is needed and accurate with the desire request.
