Job Description

Work Setup: On-site in MOA, Pasay
Shift Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College Degree
Non-nego: Must have an insurance account background (preferable in Life and Annuities), as a QA
Non-nego: Extensive knowledge of NPS, CSAT, and 7 QC tools
Non-nego: Knowledge of Quality framework deployment in new transitions
5+ years in a QA Manager role in BPO
Knowledge of Quality tools and analysis
Must have an understanding of NPS calculation
Can start immediately
Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
