QA/QC Architect

About the role

As a QA/QC Architect at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC.', you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the company's construction projects. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards and overseeing the successful delivery of our construction initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control processes
Conducting regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any issues or non-conformities
Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to address and resolve quality-related concerns
Reviewing and approving construction materials, methods, and procedures to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities and findings
Providing training and guidance to the construction team on quality-related best practices
Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Degree in Architecture or a related construction-focused field
2+ years of experience as a QA/QC Architect or in a similar quality assurance role within the construction industry
Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Licensed Architect is needed
Willing to travel outside Metro Manila
