Scope of Work

Documentation: Business analysts create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories. These documents reference project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements Analysis and Validation: Business analysts analyze requirements to ensure they are complete, consistent, and aligned with business goals. They prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility. They also validate requirements with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.

Solution Design and Evaluation: Business analysts collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
