Job Description
· Education – Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree,
· Related Work Experience–
With at least 2-3 years of working experience in multi-area/retail management or financial industry
Must have a background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales and Marketing.
· Knowledge and Skills – With proven skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
· Abilities – Communication skills, inquisitiveness, and organized; Must be proficient in basic computer applications. And ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills
Work Environment –Usually perform office related supervision and mostly field activity from time to time.
With a professional Driver's License and willing to do field work.

Salary : 18,000 monthly
Additional : 2,000 for allowances
