CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, text messages, and Facebook comments and messages.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS

* College graduate, preferably of any computer or I.T. related course
* Preferably with high knowledge of computers and laptops
* Preferably with experience working with customer support
* Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.
* Friendly and happy personality. Does not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
* Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
* Willing to have their day off any day of the week.
* Able to start ASAP.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Salary:
13.000,00 ₱ Monthly
