Job Description
The Treasury Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounting Head in managing the company's treasury functions. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring bank updates, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and monitor bank updates.
- Assist in monthly budgeting processes and verify budget accuracy.
- Oversee petty cash funds, release checks to clients, and manage banking errands.
- Safeguard cash and oversee encashment procedures.
- Verify and process petty cash liquidation and replenishment.
- Ensure proper depositing of cash and checks.
- Address employee concerns related to treasury matters.
- Provide weekly reports on checks and cash for release to suppliers and employees.
- Safeguard check booklets and other monetary instruments.
- Maintain monitoring of treasury forms and cash box/vault inventory.
- File treasury documents promptly and submit monthly reports to the Finance Head.
- Report concerns, issues, and irregular transactions to the Finance Head.
- Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in finance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Honest and nonpartisan at all times
- Salary:
- 20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
