Job Description
-4 Years Graduate of any Course
-At least 2 years’ experience in Logistics Services / Selling the Service
-NO MONETARY CASE from previous Company
-Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
-Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
-Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills
-Strong business acumen and sense of ethics
-Excellent problem-solving skills
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Selling: Present products or services to customers, and explain how they can help the customer achieve their goals
-Building relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and businesses
-Setting goals: Work towards sales targets, which can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually
-Analyzing customers: Perform a needs analysis to understand the customer's preferences and challenges
-Communicating: Contact customers through phone, email, text, or social media
-Negotiating: Use persuasion techniques to overcome objections and land deals
-Processing orders: Ensure customers receive their products or services on time
-Reporting: Complete sales reports to help develop sales plans and programs
