JOB TITLE: Branch Admin

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Securing of documents and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.
• Reviews policies and documents related to government biddings.
• Able to process documents needed for government bidding transactions and makes sure that the documents are regularly prepared.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management/ Accounting Graduate or other related course.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience in preparation of documents and canvassing of supplies for government biddings.
• Must be keen to details and organized.
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Must be a critical thinker and able to communicate effectively.
• Willing to do fieldwork if needed.
