Automation Tester

Qualifications
1. Graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
2. Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience as Automation Tester.
3. Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience in testing Web and Mobile Applications.
4. Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience in using Selenium.
5. Experience in developing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and reporting defects.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Must be knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) specifically Agile Methodology.
8. Must be knowledgeable in Defect Life Cycle.
9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
11. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
12. A self-starter who takes initiative, can work with less supervision, embrace challenges, sets high standards, focuses on successful outcomes and promotes teamwork.
13. A fast learner that can come up with several solutions to solve a problem and will analyze to quickly to determine the best course of action.

Nice to Have:
a. Experience with Robot Framework, JMeter, Testim, Appium, TestComplete or other similar tool would be nice to have.

Job Description
He/she handles test automation framework definition and development as well as complex automation development for complex automation requirements. These functions include:
1. Test Automation Framework definition and development;
2. Test data strategy definition;
3. Test automation approach definition;
4. Test automation analyses and design;
5. Test automation development and maintenance;
6. Automated test execution;
7. Test incidents reporting and defect logging;
8. Documentation of test results and artifacts;
