Project-in-charge

1. Working with different contractors, engineers and architects to determine the scope of work and deliverables.
2. Calculating the projected costs needed to deliver a project.
3. Managing the project costs and negotiating prices to stay within budget.
4. Managing and obtaining paperwork such as permits, approvals and other construction requirements.
5. Planning construction timetables and ensuring projects are on time.
6. Reporting on a project’s progress.
7. Coordinating efforts and managing relationships with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications:

At least 2-4 years experience; Must have an experience on construction jobsite management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with or without license.
