Locations:
San Juan: Blumentritt Street, Barangay Batis, San Juan City
Salary: ₱18,000 per month + ₱2,000 allowance

Job Specifications
Education:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant field

Experience:
At least 2-3 years in multi-area/retail management or the financial industry
Background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales, and Marketing

Skills & Abilities:
Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer applications
Proven ability to drive and motivate team performance through effective coaching

Additional Requirements:
Male, aged 24 to 40
Professional driver’s license
Willing to perform fieldwork

Key Responsibilities
Supervise office-related tasks and field activities to ensure the efficient operation of assigned areas.
Conduct credit investigations, manage collections, and oversee financing activities.
Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
Provide coaching and motivation to team members to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across branches.
