HR Officer

Handles 201 files and master list of employees.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
Ensures employees’ compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the contents of the company’s code of conduct and discipline.
Conducts case investigations; prepares documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions; facilitates admin hearing.
Responsible for all payroll, leave and timekeeping processes and related activities.
Support recruitment and manpower needs
Collaborate with the needs of department heads and prepare weekly HR report.
Performs other HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or related course.
At least 1-2 years of experience on the related field
With good communication skills both written and verbal.
Confident to deal with executives, guest and employees.
Highly trainable, hardworking, flexible, with keen attention to details and can work with minimal supervision.
Can manage time and stress; can make sound decisions.
Must be proactive.
