Accountant / Accounting staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Recording of all financial transactions using accounting system Quickbooks and also by
means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
 Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, witholding tax returns, corporate
income tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.
 Prepares/Reviews payroll for the assigned companies
 Preparation of government agencies(SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
 Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Financial Position ,Statement of Income,
Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows)of the assigned companies.

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Auditing or equivalent.
 Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage.
 Minimum of atleast 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position(accounting/auditing).
 Preferably one to four(1-4) years experienced employee specialized in Finance -
General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
 Proficient in Quickbooks system and MSOffice application such as MSWord and Excel.
 Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
 Required language(s):English, Filipino
 Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
 Can start immediately(ASAP)

SALARY:
 Php 30,000 - Php35,000–with three (3) to five (5) work experience in related field.
 Php 40,000 and above–with five (5) and above work experience in related field.
