Job Description
-Candidate must at least graduate of a 4-year course.
-Real Estate Background and knowledgeable of basic Marketing principles and practices is an advantage.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
-Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, efficiency, and flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Present the company's services, and Attend the client's calls/meetings
-Prepare Service Proposals based on client needs
-Responsible for Service Agreement signing with the client
-Actively participate in the enhancement of the company's marketing and media plan by contributing innovative ideas and opportunities
-Think creatively and designs concepts for company brochures, flyers, social media & Facebook posts, promotional merchandise, and other marketing collaterals
-Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
-Track sales data and works to meet sales team goals
-Implements and adhere to company policies and procedures
