Field Engineer -( Civil Engineer/ Architect)

Job Descrip ion:
We are currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Field Engineer/Field Architect to
oversee structural and finishing works at project sites. The Field Engineer/Architect will be
responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of company rules and regulations,
quality policies, systems, and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Supervise all aspects of rebars, including proper installation and dismantling of forms, and
concreting works.
2. Interpret and execute plans and specifications accurately.
3. Control the overall inter-phasing of structural works.
4. Coordinate and assist contractors in executing work assignments.
5. Enforce the implementation of quality plans and objectives.
6. Conduct quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications.
7. Monitor and evaluate the quality of all finishing works.
8. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project site.
9. Coordinate with suppliers regarding the schedule of material deliveries.
10. Monitor and evaluate change orders.
11. Coordinate plans and designs endorsed by the Head Office.
12. Prepare and submit necessary documents and reports required by Management.
13. Monitor the withdrawal of materials based on BOQ and GMQ.
14. Assist the Project Superintendent in monitoring project accomplishment.
15. Perform other related functions as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: Must be a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 4 years experienced as Field Engineer/Field Architect
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
2. Proven experience in construction field engineering or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
4. Proficient in interpreting plans and specifications.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
8. Knowledge of relevant software applications for quantity take-offs and project management
is a plus.
