Team Leader

Scope of Work:
o Manage the preparation, execution, and completion of all campaign activities.
o Provide a warm welcome to visitors, explaining the purpose of the campaign and the benefits of the TVS Max 4R.
o Monitor all activities, ensuring each team member represents the brand professionally and accurately communicates the product’s features and benefits.
o Manage visitor flow, address any issues, and adjust team duties as needed.
o Oversee inventory levels and condition of promotional materials, test ride equipment, and setup items, coordinating with the Logistics Coordinator as needed to restock supplies.
o Conduct a brief team debrief at the end of each day, discussing successes, challenges, and any adjustments needed for the following day’s activities
o Collect feedback from visitors, oversee activity reports, and prepare a comprehensive daily report to the reporting manager.

· Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or relevant field.
o 3-5 years of experience in event management or BTL marketing.

· Skills Required:
o Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in reporting and basic customer engagement metrics understanding.
o Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o Proficiency in Local Language and English
