Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: This business is a Japanese trading corporation was founded in 1945. They have been supplying electronic parts to clients primarily, from both domestic and foreign vendors.

Position: Sales Admin Staff
Company Industry: Trading Company
Work Location: Laguna City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 20,000
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ With 1-2 years’ experience in sales
✨ With experience in sales invoice, purchase order and processing PEZA related matter
✨ Amendable to attend interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Responsible in uploading to downloading all transactions like sales order from customers, purchase order to suppliers, arriving of goods and sales invoice.
✨Communicating to supplier and warehouse department in taking the assigned tasks.
✨Ensuring timely distribution of products to respective customers.
✨Organizes and arranges quotation, client sales order, purchase order to supplier, and sales invoice files.
✨Receives and responds to customer's inquiries.
