Job Description

The Associate – Collections’ primary responsibility is to support the collections team in ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding receivables with daily scheduling of assignments to collectors. This role involves communicating with clients and Sales agent/account manager or Sales admin to facilitate payments, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The Associate will work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
