Project Manager (Renewable-Wind Farms)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing Wind Farm projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing large-scale renewable energy projects, with expertise in managing all phases from planning and execution to completion. This role requires a leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, ensure project milestones are met, and navigate the technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of wind farm development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Wind Farm projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Wind Farm projects or large-scale renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of wind farm operations, construction, and project management methodologies.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
