Job Description
This position will be responsible for creating and facilitating training programs as directed by sales training leadership.
This position will also administer a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress and assist in other training-
related administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Help facilitate sales new hire onboarding process and communication.
* Schedule training content and activities and take attendance for sales training managers where needed.
* Provide the first-point of contact with BDRs for sales training schedules and troubleshooting during onboarding.
* Support the learning and sales enablement processes by enrolling members of the sales team in courses, editing course content, maintaining the learning platform, and other tasks as needed.
* Create courses in learning system for new and existing sales reps (which includes responsibilities such as wireframing, project planning, systems set up, course design).
* Develop learning assets for e-learning components in BDR onboarding and other training initiatives.
* Facilitate segments of live sales training sessions as directed by training leadership.
