Job Description:
An Aesthetic Doctor specializes in non-surgical cosmetic treatments designed to enhance a patient's physical appearance and confidence. They provide consultations, recommend appropriate treatments, and perform procedures to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes while prioritizing safety and patient satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Consultations and Assessments:
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand patient goals and medical history.
• Perform facial and body assessments to recommend suitable aesthetic procedures.

2. Treatment Planning and Execution:
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administer non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures, such as:
• Botox and dermal fillers
• Chemical peels
• Laser treatments (e.g., for hair removal, pigmentation, or skin rejuvenation)
• Skin tightening procedures
• Microneedling and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy
• Fat reduction treatments (e.g., cryolipolysis).

3. Patient Care and Safety:
• Monitor patient progress during and after treatments to ensure optimal results and manage any side effects.
• Maintain strict adherence to medical and ethical standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.

4. Education and Counseling:
• Provide patients with detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Educate patients on available treatment options, potential outcomes, and risks.

5.Practice Management:
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Stay updated with advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and licensing requirements.

Requirements:
Education:
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from accredited institution and a valid medical license in the relevant jurisdiction
• Female only

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor

Skills & Certificates:
• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty such as dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine.
• Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and emphathetically with patients to understand their goals and concerns.
• Familiarity with cosmetic products, injectables, lasers, and other aesthetic tools and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, providing guidance and expertise to support staff and colleagues.

Monthly Salary:
• 130,000 - 170,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set.

Location:
• Angeles City, Pampanga
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location

Work Schedule & Set-up:
• Full-time/Regular Employee (8-hour 5 to 6x a week)
• On-site
