Sales Officer (Makati Office) – Urgent Hiring

Location: Makati Office

Salary: ₱16,000 – ₱20,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Qualifications:

Female, aged 24-28, with a pleasing personality; height is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) sales is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address client needs.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

Relationship Building and Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to coordinate sales efforts and share best practices.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
