Job Description

Client Retention Management (CRM - Back End) – Urgent Hiring

Location: Sta. Ana, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga

Salary: ₱16,000.00 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Qualifications:

Female, aged 25-30
Pleasing personality; height is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in client retention, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:

Process Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Membership Application Forms (MAF)
Manage and update master client lists
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and concerns
Provide front-end support for CRM systems
Monitor client renewals and ensure timely follow-ups
Develop and implement client retention strategies
