Job Description
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a user-facing or back-office role in the airline or travel agency industry, with expertise in GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus).
Or 1–3 years of experience in a CCE role handling international travel accounts using GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus).
Educational attainment: College level (preferred) or at least completed 4 years of high school (old curriculum) or Junior High School (new K-12).
Strong communication skills (average to excellent).
