Job Description
• Licensed – Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience in Facilities Maintenance/Management and Coordination.
• With PCO Certificate
• Has a background in construction design, electrical engineering and thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS.
• Handle, monitor and upkeep multiple properties.
• Knowledgeable in construction projects and project management.
• Willing to do work on site and office.
• Highly analytical;
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and technical skills.

- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
