Industrial Laundry of Hotels Our company, SPOT & SCRUB LAUNDRY LOUNGE, is being operated by a management team that has been in the industry for the past eleven (11) years. We have invested heavily both on the training of our staff as well as our facilities to provide our customers with the best service. Laundry Services: 1. Reliably collect and deliver laundry Items on-time. 2. Accurately monitor quantity of laundry items during pick-up and delivery. 3. Deliver exceptionally clean and fresh laundry items. 4. Provide laundry bags for dirty linen collection. 5. Use of certified brand new, heavy-duty Industrial machines to delicately handle linens and towels. 6. Provide reliable service even when there are power interruptions. 7. We do test wash for the new linens for free to test the quality and whiteness of the fabric. Management Services: 1. Offer professional management with ten years of industry experience. 2. Provide sufficient manpower to give excellent service from pick-up to processing of laundry, until delivery. 3. Employ professionally trained staff committed to excellence. 4. Over 150 production staff, 12 drivers plus 3 back-up, 17 porters plus 5 back up. 5. Provide 24-hour security to ensure safety of laundry items. 6. Provide in-house service technician to insure reliable and efficient machine operation.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
-Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
-Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
-Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
-Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
-Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
