Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive Calls:
• Answer incoming service requests from customers promptly and professionally.
• Document customer concerns and service needs.
2. Contact Technicians:
• Dispatch technicians to service locations based on priority and availability.
• Serve as the central communication point between customers and field technicians.
3. Enter Calls into ERP (BuildOps):
• Accurately log service calls and job details into the company’s ERP system (BuildOps).
4. Confirm Job Completion:
• Verify that technicians have completed service calls and submitted necessary recommendations.
5. Review Job Notes and Report:
• Review job notes and ensure all required details are accurate and complete.
• Compile and send detailed job reports to customers after service completion.
6. Team Communication:
• Keep the team updated on job statuses, issues, and resolutions through Slack.
