Job Description
- Address customer issues through phone, email, or chat by identifying the problem, explaining the optimal solution, and promptly resolving the issue.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while documenting all customer interactions in Salesforce Cases.
- Ensure the delivery of precise, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of Work Experience
- With Omni Channel Experience or Blended Account
- Familiarity with CRM Tools is an advantage

Total Package of 22, 700 + 18% Night Differential + Incentives
