Job Description

IBC Group is a leading advisory firm, known for delivering innovative solutions in various sectors. We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our outreach efforts, particularly within the cryptocurrency space.

We are seeking an expert Head of outreach with exceptional skills in cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these fields and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful outreach strategies. They will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving growth, and expanding our reach within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management:

Scrape and identify high-quality leads within the cryptocurrency industry.
Utilize Airtable for CRM and task assignment, maintaining an extensive database of potential contacts.
Assign leads to team members and monitor progress using Airtable and Asana.
Outreach Strategy & Execution:

Develop compelling outreach scripts and communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Implement and manage automated outreach methods, including email campaigns and mass outreaches, using tools like HubSpot.
Continually refine and optimize outreach strategies based on data analysis.
Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.
Coordinate with content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Explore new outreach channels and methodologies to enhance the impact and efficiency of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:

Fluency in Cryptocurrency: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in lead scraping, database management, and lead nurturing.
Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, and HubSpot is preferred.
Copywriting Skills: Ability to create persuasive and engaging outreach content.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation tools for outreach is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional automation tools and platforms.
Previous experience in a similar role within the crypto or fintech industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
