Software Developer

Your mission:

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.

•Develop high-quality code using JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, and Power Platform.

•Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.

•Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and optimize application performance.

•Working Knowledge with Database such as but not limited to SQL, PL/SQL, MSSQL.

•Knowledge of implementing Web Frameworks such as but not limited to asp.net, NodeJS, SharePoint

We are looking for someone who has:

•A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
•Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage
•Proven experience and expertise in software development, with a focus on JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, SQL, and Power Platform
•Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, architecture, and design patterns
•Familiar with ERP and with basic knowledge of tools of trade use to perform the job
•Willingness to lead and mentor junior developer[SE1] [CC2] [SE3]
•Ability to work independently, but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration to apply learnings in future situations, able to adapt in changing situations
•Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines
•Proficient oral and written communication skills in English language with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations
•Has at least two (2) years working experience as Software Developer
•Has the ability to take initiative and make sound judgement and decisions within the applicable scope, procedures, and guidelines
•Has a strong customer service and focus, problem solving and collaboration abilities
•Has effective teamwork abilities and has excellent analytical skills
•Willing to work on a rotating midshift schedule
