About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Medical Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of medical products and equipment to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, hospital purchasing departments, and clinics. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering after-sales support.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in the medical field and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Willing to travel within Metro Manila
