Job Description
Oversee the installation and integration of network hardware and software.
Monitor network performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Provide technical support for network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
Lead and manage a team of network engineers and administrators, providing guidance and support.
Required Skills:
At least ten (10) years experience in network engineering, with five (5) years of managerial experience
Must be CCNA and CCNP certified
Coming from a BPO industry
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with digital customer experience solutions.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
