Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
-Work with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
-Create and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
-Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
-Implement UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes to optimize user experience and automate processes.

Required Skills:
-3 years+ experience with ServiceNow administration.
-Up-to-date understanding of marketplace and technology changes relevant to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
-Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
-Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, SPM, service portal and
-Knowledge management applications
-High average in communications skills

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with international law firm that serves companies, governments and financial institutions.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
