Position: Marketplace Production Designer
Company Industry: E-commerce and Digital Marketing
Work Location: Antipolo (Onsite)
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 40,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
~ At least 2 years of experience as a Production Designer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
~ Strong knowledge of retail marketing and e-commerce best practices
~ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
~ Proven ability to execute a variety of design deliverables effectively

Good to Have:
~ Experience with Figma
~ Motion graphics and video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects)
~ Photography production experience
~ Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and social commerce
~ Background in the apparel, beauty, or healthcare industries

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Create high-performing content for Amazon listings, brand content, social ads, and videos
~ Produce pixel-perfect art files for large product catalogs
~ Deliver a high volume of design adaptations for product pages and media content
~ Ensure all visual content is optimized for web and mobile platforms
~ Maintain brand identities and ensure consistency across all visual assets
