Job Description

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments, maintain and update CEOs' and senior executive’s daily calendar
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports of CEO and senior executives
Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelors degree
With experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferably living in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Taguig and Las Piñas
Willing to work on extended hours/holidays/weekends
