• Device Monitoring (Server/ Network/ Security Device) via messenging tool
• Retrieval of Top Talker
• Removal of Static Route
• Monitoring of SD-WAN link devices via vManage
• Monitoring of Meraki Switches and Aps Devices
• Tracking of IR RCA to Telco vendor (Globe and PLDT)
• Handling of Telco Escalations by Incident
• Incident Management (Ticket Creator/Resolver – Critical Devices)
• Monitoring of Infotxt Server Monitoring
• Monitoring temperature of server rooms
• Microsoft Azure High Risk Users monitoring
• M365 Service Health notification monitoring
• BI file Transfer Validation from AMS
• RAMCO Job Processing/ RAMCO JV/ ADR File Consumption
• Palo Alto Notification monitoring
• Microsoft Azure High Risky User Monitoring
